Meet the Artist
Creativity has been at the heart of my life from a very young age. I began drawing at three and spent my childhood exploring every form of artistic expression—painting, sketching, building, and performing. My early years were shaped by art-focused experiences, including attending an arts middle school, participating in dance, music, theatre, choir, and school productions, as well as pursuing singing lessons. These experiences fostered a deep and lifelong passion for creativity. I was also fortunate to connect with my cultural heritage through 15 years of Odori, traditional Japanese dance, which profoundly influenced my artistic perspective.
As I grew older, I developed an early fascination with beauty and aesthetics. I vividly remember watching my mother apply her makeup before work, asking questions about her techniques, and experimenting on my own. Though I was a tomboy for much of my childhood, I gravitated toward eyeliner and self-expression through personal style—a curiosity that would grow into my passion for the beauty industry.
This love for the arts and beauty continued through my teen years and into early adulthood. I was honored with the Senior Girls Arts Award in grade 11 and performed at every talent show throughout high school. Studying Media Communications at university sparked a new interest in business and entrepreneurship, revealing a creative side to building and managing a career. This fusion of creativity and entrepreneurship ultimately guided me to where I am today.
Now, as an adult, I have found a way to blend these worlds together. Tattooing allows me to express visual creativity and my passion for art. Lash extensions satisfy my enduring love for beauty and aesthetics. Semi-permanent brows bring these passions together, creating a seamless harmony between artistry and precision. Looking back, I recognize that every experience and creative pursuit throughout my life has led me to this point—doing what I love every day.
